Return and Refund Policy:

1. Returns:
- I accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
- To initiate a return, please contact me with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. I will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
2. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds are issued for the cost of the returned item(s) minus any shipping fees (if applicable).
3. Exchanges:
- I do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me immediately with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or customized items
- Items that have been used or altered from their original condition
6. Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, orders may have already been processed and shipped, and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
